Important: We are a referral service, not a roofing company. We do not perform roofing work ourselves. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How Our Service Works

• You submit your roofing requirements through our website
• We match you with suitable accredited roofing contractors from our network
• The matched roofers contact you to arrange surveys and provide quotes
• You choose which roofer (if any) to hire directly
• Any contract for roofing work is between you and the chosen contractor

3. Our Vetting Process

We verify that partner roofers in our network meet certain standards, including:

• Membership of recognised trade bodies (NFRC, Checkatrade, TrustMark, etc.)
• Appropriate public liability and employer's liability insurance
• Positive customer reviews and track record

However, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by partner roofers. You should conduct your own due diligence before hiring.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your roofing needs
• Be available for roofers to contact you and arrange surveys
• Deal directly with the roofing contractor regarding any disputes about work
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose

5. Our Service is Free

Our referral service is completely free for homeowners. We are paid by partner roofers for successful introductions. This does not affect the quotes you receive.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any work, services, or products provided by partner roofers
• We are not liable for any disputes between you and a roofing contractor
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
